here we go. two guys named norman are running a restaurant in the heart of berlin.
many parallels. A lot of madness and a lot of experience. that’s us. that’s norms.
from pauly saal, through rutz, facil, faelt, reinstoff, louis c. Jacob and several (many) other great restaurants. that’s the journey of norman faust, sabine panzer-faust, and björn (norman) swanson.
at elisabethkirchstraße 2, we’ve been dedicated to tradition and a cuisine that simply makes you happy since november 2025.

we cook like in the old days. like grandma used to – only a little better. a little lighter. a little more creative. sure, grandma’s dumplings were the best, but ours are outstanding too :-)
we change our menu roughly every six weeks, so we can’t guarantee it. feel free to check for any changes.
the design is very clean and simple. exposed concrete, wooden elements, steel, and some pretty cool art. we don’t care much for kitsch and keep things very understated. sometimes less really is more.
In the summer, we can open the entire window front and even offer a rooftop terrace for exclusive events – complete with a grill and a view over the city’s rooftops. feel free to get in touch and plan your next highlight with us.
